​Individual Tutoring Sessions

Individual tutoring sessions from on of our Featured Tutors are $100 per hour.  This may be negotiable depending upon location, tutor degree and experience, and personal circumstances. If you are a parent who cannot afford this rate for your child, please contact us.  Our first priority is to the students, and we have worked out some exceptional arrangements in the past. Additionally, consider the prepaid discounted option.

For example, there are a number of undergraduate students whom are available through our services.  These students have the least experience (although they are all very capable and great tutors!).  As a result, these tutors are often willing to tutor for less in order to build upon their experience.  See above in the specials section!

For individual sessions we are available to tutor anywhere within the capital region.  Distances further than 20 miles from Albany may be subject to a base traveling fee of $10, and an additional fee of $5 for every additional 10 miles.  This fee will be discussed on an individual basis.

Group Sessions 

The goal of group tutoring sessions is to provide the tutoring students need, in small group settings, for a low rate.  These sessions cost $100 per hour as the tutor must work much harder to ensure all students are getting the help they need.  This cost will be split between students in attendance.  For example, if 5 students are in attendance it will cost them each $20 per hour.  

For group sessions we are available to tutor anywhere within the capitol region. Distances further than 20 miles from Albany may be subject to a base traveling fee of $10, and an additional fee of $5 for every additional 10 miles. This fee will be discussed on an individual basis.
